Ben in customer service did a great job with paperwork required for a utility trailer purchase. Beware a large competitor that takes your DL into a back room and refuses to file a title application for you. Not talking about Home Depot.

Love their garden center. They are professional and helpful. Their plants and trees are beautiful and a big selection is available. I like their clearance area too. I go back often.

No store is perfect, however it is how you handle the challenges that makes you great. I have been using Lowes in Decatur for the last 5 or so years and have been very happy with them overall. Today in particular I want to give a shout out to Asst. Store Manager of Merch, Felisha, who went the extra distance to help. I had an issue with my online order, however when describing what happened and what I was doing, she noted I was using the wrong items. She quickly cancelled my online order and walked me over to plumbing to get the right fittings for my propane setup on my RV. In the end it worked great and I am truly grateful for the extra help and friendly professionalism!! Thanks Felisha and I will keep my ears open for your tool belt :)

Went to buy wire and tubing. Everything was locked up but an associate promptly came to our aid and helped us with our questions. Also bought shelf liner which was priced in line with Walmart.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Safe to say I will not be shopping at Lowe’s again. Employees were nice but not helpful. My gift card pin got scraped off and no one at the store ore their customer service line could do anything about it. I have lost $200 and they had no solutions.

What can I say? Lowes always has what I need or want. I have now purchased a small refrigerator and an in-wall fireplace from them and everyone is very helpful.

I would really like Lowe's to go out of business because they give contractors a hard time on the returns. In fact won't even allow a return at all. Who does that?

There seems to be a trend reading reviews. There is never anyone to help you, even after they are standing in front of you. EVERY time we need soil, fertilizer, anything similar, it is never 1 bag. It is always 20 bags plus. So I get to work 12 plus hours then come to your store and load 40 bags of black Kow , 40 bags of garden soil, 30 bags of fertilizer. Not once but twice. What really pisses me off is the lazy kids asking me to slow down so they can’t count my bags. Just this morning my girlfriend left her 14 hour shift at Medical city and came to your store. Four fifty plus pound bags of fertilizer, peat moss, garden soil, and more black kow . She isn’t a Purple Heart recipient, disabled veteran, handicapped or online order so she got to park at the back of the lot . Again they watched her get dirt all over her scrubs and struggle with her shit back . It hasn’t always been this way, I hate that people have never been to a real hardware store.
