I’ve been standing outside waiting for someone to open the store for almost ten minutes!! If the store opens at 10am, someone needs to be here to open the store on time!! Bad service!!

I was with T-Mobile and loved it. We switched thinking we would save money . But omg, did we get what we paid for ... NOTHING ! I doordash , I have lost money because of no service. I can't connect to my child , it's a hit or miss if we can get the phone to connect and if it does most times we can't hear each other and it hangs up. It's very very frustrating. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY . NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS .

The gentlemen in the store helped my husband and I to the fullest extent with our phones (new phones, screen protectors, ect). He explained everything carefully and repeated back what we wanted so that we understood.

This is the second time I’ve stopped by Metro(Decatur, TX) and they’re closed 20 minutes before closing time. I understand emergencies happen and all but it’s really inconvenient for some.Their area of coverage is false, yes it’s cheap and affordable for us but you’d think after being bought by T Mobile the service would improve.

Aristo 5 phones are GARBAGE!!! Shut off for no reason. Exteremly poor sound quality you would be better with a string and two soup cans. PCS mobile should be ashamed to carry them and should pay people monthly to have one.
