Very awesome and quick services. Mike took the time out to walk us through the steps to fix our problem. We still needed to come in but I appreciate the fact he tried to help before he charged anything!

Was staying with my daughter. Went to leave and hydraulics wouldn’t work. Mike tried to talk me thru it over the phone. He came out all the way to Ardmore Oklahoma diagnosed my problem and replaced the pump motor and got me going. Have called him since while traveling and he advised me and offeredto send me repair parts. Mike is the best. Definitely recommend him. He’s my Rv guy even when I’m 2000 miles away. Almost forgot. When this started I called 6 different mobile repair guys and left messages. Mike was the first to return my call. One other guy called me late that night. 2 out of 6. Not very good. Thanks like for being there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Paid good money for repairs that were not done correctly. Parts were ordered and paid for that we never received. We had to take our RV to another shop and pay to have the same things repaired again. He doesn’t return your phone calls or texts after you pay and later find out the issues have not been fully resolved and to check status of parts on order that he would install upon arrival. He is in business for a quick buck so beware.

Do not use this guy. Got ripped off on the last job he halfa$$ed. Didnt do anything he said he was going to. Doesnt answer phone. Doesn't respond to text. I cant stress enough, this guy is a scammer and will rob you of your money, keep you waiting, and then never show up.

Brought in my 5th wheel for service and half of the list wasn't completed, quoted $1800 and 3 weeks but took 2 months and cost $7,000. Do not use this place!

I tried to give Mike's RV every benefit of the doubt because there weren't many choices when a motor failed on my new 2016 slideout last year. I called Mike's RV mobile because I did not know of any other in the Caddo LBJ Grasslands area (north of Decatur, TX). He charged $125 cash to bring in the slideout. But, after asking for a receipt 3 different days, I gave up. He claimed not to have receipts with him. What mobile service wouldn't have receipts with them? At the time, I wasn't aware of other close by RV Service places so I let MIKE'S install a replacement motor. My Class C coach was still under warranty. However, it took weeks upon weeks (about 3 months total) and eventually the Nexus Service where I had ordered the coach in Indiana called me to inquire what happened to the repair. They told me the replacement motor had not even been ordered. Like others state on their reviews, I felt my calls were ignored at Mike's. Eventually, after weeks of no update, I had someone drive me out to my coach in person to see what happened. No work had taken place. I called Nexus Service from Mike's. I told him if he didn't get my coach part ordered and replaced, I want my keys to take it somewhere else. He said he had ordered part and it was Nexus dropping the ball. Nexus told me he had faxed his part order as I was speaking! Nexus emailed me the date/time they received it. Nexus was truthful. Anyway, I finally got my coach, but now that I'm planning a trip, I found out during inspection a clearance light wire was severed during Mike's RV repair and I am having to pay get it repaired. Also, the main GFCI outlet now has no voltage. New repair place traced it back to a short that obviously occured when Mike's slideout motor repair was done as there are burn marks. These 2 problems are a result of careless service. I would never send anyone to Mike's. I'd tell them they're better off fixing it themselves.

Keep moving along, do not go to this guy. He kept my motorhome for 4 1/2 weeks to repair some plumbing fittings that were leaking. He told me it would originally cost $150 to repair and should be ready in 4-5 days. After numerous calls and texts weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything from him. I felt like he was avoiding my calls. 4 1/2 weeks later, he finally answered my call when I called from a friends phone. When I went to pick up the motorhome, the cost was now $700. He said he had to replace the bathroom faucet, tighten the water filter, and put plumbers tape on the filter. He did not bother to call to make me aware of any of this before hand. He just assumed I would pay this astronomical fee. Mike is a very dishonest person and I'm not sure how he is still in business.

I am now looking thru online listings for RV repair in wise county. I saw this review and was reminded that I tried to get this p**** to do a little job about a year ago. He would not return calls, arrogance on the phone when I did get him to answer. Do not bother with this *******. .

On May 2, 2015 my husband reached out to Mike's RV Repair to inquire about completing an inspection on our 2006 Fleetwood Pace Arrow motor home. Mike said that he does what he calls a PDI inspection which is a complete top to bottom inspection. He would check the engine, the electrical, the appliances, everything for $500.00. My husband is terminally ill and wants to make sure that everything is in good shape with the motor home, so that I will be ok when he is no longer here. At this point I am disappointed in his lack of professionalism and finishing a job for which he has already been paid. I no longer have confidence in his ability to give me and thorough and accurate inspection. I no longer trust him. I sent him a text that it was obvious he had no interest in completing the job we had contracted him for, so I need him to return half my money for not completing and we would move on. He stated he would not return half my money. He did offer to come out and complete inspection, but as I mentioned before I no longer trust him in my home. The best thing to do would be to return half my money. Which I believe I am being completely fair only asking for half back. I feel like Mike took advantage of my husband's illness and tried to exploit our vulnerable position. When he realized we weren't going to be able to pay for all the repairs he thought needed to be done immediately he lost interest in completing the task for which he had already been paid. I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else
