“They are the only pharmacy in the area who went above and beyond to help me with my daughter’s prescription. We are new to the area and my daughter takes an ADHD medication that is a controlled substance, and we have had a hard time finding it. They didn’t have her specific kind, couldn’t tell me when they’d get it(just like everyone else) BUT this pharmacy went above and beyond to CALL HER OUT OF TOWN PEDIATRICIAN and ask if the substitute they had in hand would do. They are wonderful (and more affordable than most other pharmacies!)”

I got a lovely call today after the incident listed below- and while I didn't mean to be a karen, I certainly was upset over not having allergy info that could literally kill me if I tried to take what was given to me blindly. Pujah (I am so sorry I forgot to ask how to spell her name in the moment because I was so excited I was being helped) was absolutely awesome, and listed out the ingredients of my generic drug- and on top of that, recommended a drug free of allergens for me! She was very patient and kind with my questions, especially because I'm young to be starting a prescription for the organ that's crapped out on me. What an awesome pharmacy tech, and great customer service from Walmart!

One star, purely because it's a pharmacy. They couldn't care less to tell you that they don't have your meds in stock, and they also can't tell you the inactive ingredients they should have information for. People with allergies like me, beware! Some of the binders in medication can contain allergens, and these pharmacists will not help you figure it out! So now I'm stuck with a failing organ, no meds, and only frustration.”

“The University location has totally made a big turn around in their customer service. However, they actually close at 1:25pm to 2pm not 1:30pm. So don't think you'll get them to help you if you're cutting it that close. (Even if you were waiting in line behind someone for 20 minutes and finally got to the window at 1:23, and two minutes later they tell you it's time for their lunch and they slide and slam that shutter at you!They will not serve you! ? Aside from that, I like this location because unlike the one on Teasley, this one doesn't take an hour to make it through the drive through because of its location! ?”
