Was pleased generally with work with some reservations - stripped out coil bolt on replacement coil is not what i expect from this shop and valve cover gasket replacement is suspect for oil leak ( appears same as pre-service). Tried to schedule a follow-up service and they simply screen out voice mail messages . Not what i expected .

I was traveling alone when i had a flat tire. I was 2 hrs away from home. Luckily i was right in front of this shop when it happened. I pulled in and they happily helped me change the tire right then and there. It was a blessing. Thankful for this shop!

Heard about Reeves Automotive by word of mouth. Took my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 there on two separate occasions and was satisfied by the price and work that they have done. Stephen and his team are very knowledgeable and make me feel like a priority when getting me back on the road safe and within a reasonable time. Even when they're answering phone calls and placing orders in their office, they never seem to mind when I come in randomly and pick their brains about a few car questions and advice. They take their time to explain things in a way I can understand without making me feel like I need to hand over my man card ? I trust them and their professionalism is top shelf. I've got more work lined up with my vehicles with them and I appreciate all the hard work they've done and will continue to do for me and my family. Thank you Reeves Automotive!

This shop REALLY helped me. I was traveling across country and had what sounded like a serious transmission problem on a Sunday night while towing a small trailer. They prioritized my repair and had me on the road by noon the next day. AMAZING!!! Love these guys!

Impressed with Reeves Automotive integrity, prompt service, and fair pricing. Have had repair work done on my car and on my F150, and am very pleased with their work. Stephen was also very helpful in explaining repair work needed and estimate ... and offered additional information that he felt would benefit me as well. Such a positive attitude was very much appreciated. Will definitely refer friends and family to Reeves Automotive.

Reeves used to be the 'go to place' to get work done.Under new management they are over charging significantly. My stepson just brought his truck in to get work done and they quoted 3x the cost of list price on those items, before labor(its not hard to look up the cost of items, there is something called an 'internet').We then took the truck into the DEALER for a second opinion. For almost the same charge they did twice the work as Reeves who didn't even mention changing the sparks, filters and a few other items.No, Reeves has lost a family of 10 drivers.Thank you for your past service over multiple years. We won't be back.

We have had a significant amount of work done to our Toyota Solara and Ford F150. Reeves Automotive has done good work on both, and the prices were fair. They recently fixed a little leak at no charge, so they also work to keep their customers!

On the way back to Fort Worth in the middle of a fun girls day, the protective panel on the bottom of my car began dragging. it sounded like a flat tire. We pulled off the road and long story short, we ended up at Reeves Automotive. In less than 10 minutes the panel had been secured and I was shown what had happened. We enjoyed a lovely conversation with Mr. Reeves who was minding the shop while his son was away. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and generosity shown to us.
