Greeted upon arrival in a typical Texas style. Very friendly sales staff. Didn't have the specific enclosed car hauler but contacted their supplier in Waco and located one to be delivered in a couple days. Provided a 10% discount! Texas hospitality at its best!! Thanks, Texas Custom Trailers!!

My family has known and dealt exclusively with Wade and crew long before Texas Custom Trailers was in existence. His customer service and reputation has always been top tier and of course carried over into the Texas Custom Trailers business. I have personally bought several trailers from Texas Custom Trailers be it for personal use or business and I will continue to do so. On a couple of occasions Wade came through with custom builds tailored specifically to our needs and they will do the same for you. His service crew has maintained all of our trailers when needed and even fixed a boat trailer that I did not purchase from them. Good people!!! If you’re having trouble with your equipment. They will take a look at it for you, even if they’re busy. If it’s a quick fix they will fix it for you. If not, they will give you a date when they can fix it.
