I can not say enough about the staff at this TSC. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I especially want to give Carlton, the assistant manager a huge thank you. Purchased a batch of chicks and had all of them die overnight. Helped me get on the right track to be successful with these baby chicks. Didn't make me feel stupid when I told him what I thought I did wrong and answered any question I have. He is an outstanding leader and I am so thankful for the crew at my TSC.

Friendly staff that was very helpful. We interacted with four different members and each was helpful and great customer service skills. This is my go to place in Decatur.

Always a pleasure doing business here. Employees are always friendly and helpful. You can find some really neat stuff here from feed, clothing, tools, garden stuff, huge variety of things.

Placed an order for online pickup, within an hour I got an email that my order was READY for pickup. I went there a little over an hour later and informed the staff I had an order for pickup and got the email that it was READY and was going to grab a few more things. I had to wait over an hour at the back of the store outside for them to get my item because they had not even gotten it from the back yet. They had to get everything out from in front of it before they could get it. If I get an email that my order is READY I expect not to wait over an hour…
Edit- Tractor Supply responded after 2 days of my review being up and told me to contact them. I’ve contacted several times and “someone will reach out to you” and no one ever has. It’s clear the poor customer service comes from a corporate level and trickles down.

We special ordered a drag harrow and were notified it was ready for pick up. We drove over an hour and wasted our time and gas only to find out that they sold our SPECIAL ORDER product that we had ALREADY PAID for to the general public. They refunded our money but we were highly frustrated with wasting half a day and a tank of gas and still do not have the piece of equipment we ordered. This isn’t the first time we’ve had trouble with a special order item at the Decatur, Tx TS store. Disappointing.After posting our review, we received 2 emails from tractor supply and a phone call from the actual store. This was within 2 hours of our post. Our issue was resolved and thus the 5 stars. This is a first for me that after a review I even get a response. Thank you TSC for caring about your customers to this degree.

Tractor Supply is one of the best farm and ranch oriented stores I've been in. But one of your previous reviews was about how TSC doesn't have military discounts everyday, of course you realize yhat all of your competitors have a military discount of 10% everyday.

Say they support our fine military and veterans who use to get a 10% discount year round on entire purchase. According to associates, the area manager wants to make a higher profit and said to only discount a single item regardless of purchase amount now. Spend $5 you get 50 cents off. Spent $5000 you get the same 50 cents I’d that is the most expensive item.Sad way to support those who served our country try by no longer offering that 10% year round on entire purchase. I no longer am willing to pay a slightly higher price for what I can find elsewhere.
