The clerk at the Decatur Post Office was such a delight. He was so helpful and polite and enthusiastic. He made me want to come back (whereas before I was dreading it). He should be a trainer for other POs immediately.

Mr. Webb is the real MVP and needs a raise ASAP. He went above and beyond my expectations and needs. He provided excellent customer service to me and helped me resolve an issue when he didn't have too.

I been living at my address for 2017. Over years I gotten other people mail with different address that was resolved however they will not stop delivering alive and deceased prior owners mail. I refuse keep write deceased or don't live here anymore. I not spend my life consistently reminding them don't live here anymore who refuse update there mailer address. So I now write return sender person don't live here and future mail will be thrown away. I protecting my property from possible false claims someone who don't live here anymore has no rights have foot hold of my property and my property includes my mailbox on my lawn. No one will use my address without permission. I spent years try get previous owner to change there mail who refuse. Or post office refuse stop delivering people who have no foot hold on my property since I bought it. So since won't stop delivering people don't live here. I got no choice but warn future mail will be thrown away after years be ignored and tired writing on each piece of mail. This my legal property. I make sure no one will have foot hold by claiming there mail delivered here. I protecting my property... Stop delivering mail addressed those don't live here.

MULTIPLE times I’ve gotten “delivery attempted” this is absolutely unacceptable. Take the package to the door. Stop having lazy drivers. I can’t believe the United States Post Office has people so lazy working for them. They should be doing branch duty if they can’t deliver diapers.I’ve also received mail for my neighbors. I hand delivered their mail. But I shouldn’t have to.

The staff has always been very friendly at the counter, however I've read in other reviews what appears to be uneven treatment to non Anglos, which is troubling. I've had more trouble with certified being delivered to my apartment, only to find that after signing and opening that it was for my next door neighbor. They were legal documents and although I realized it after just tearing one end and I was able to get the postwomen to come back for correct delivery. My cluster box delivery is just fine, no issues, but I find that a birthday card to The Colony, TX (not that far don't you know) has taken up to 4 days to deliver! I think it's the handling from this end and not The Colony. Also I don't like the 4:30 close time. What's the rush, trying to avoid "rush hour traffic" here in Decatur? Lol.
