It’s a real shame when you can walk into a facility and when you check out, they look at you and say no I don’t wanna check you out. Use the self check out Because they are too lazy to do their own jobs and they have no Customer service skills. The girl gave me her name, but I doubt that’s really her name as she was very hesitant. But if she’s reading this message, I hope you remember that you’re there to do a job with a smile on your face and if someone comes to check out, check them out it’s not like you were overwhelmed or busy. The other person there was no better. Believe me, Service matters it’s part of your job. Let alone that this particular 7 eleven is a newer one and it’s already being run down which is a damn shame. The Ice machine doesn’t work. It’s dirty, which only says the people working there or not taking care of it. Hopefully management if they care about their community that they’ve built their business and will do better and higher better people
Let me say I don’t usually write reviews, but this really rubbed me the wrong way and I felt like I needed to say something. I usually just let things fly by. I guarantee you I will go out of my way not to use this 711 ever again.

I see what you’re trying to do by hiring “special employees” and I appreciate that, but people still need to understand how to do their job.
Your advertisements are not being honored and I don’t think it’s the computer that isn’t getting it right. You’ve lost a customer for good. Buzzy Bees staff is way cooler and much better

Who ever was working at 7:00 on Saturday the 15th is the biggest jerk I have ever meet. This guy needs to be fired on the spot. He doesn't care about anything. I will never be back here.
