Annie was great. At&t's system is terrible. I have been added on the account multiple times and still it keeps saying I'm not an authorized user. I am frustrated at this constant issue.

I went to upgrade my phone at the AT&T store on Center Street in Deer Park. I was immediately greeted by Annie. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I an extremely satisfied with my experience.

I bought a charger in this store! And I used it for 2 days and it didn't work, now that I wanted to return it they didn't accept it, because it no longer had the packaging box, I obviously threw it away thinking it would work for a long time!

Beware of AT&T’s phone trade in agreement scam.I traded an unlocked phone in at this particular store. They told me I would get a $1,000 for the phone. I paid the TOLD difference at the store then sent the phone to AT&T in the box the store provided me.Fast forward to today I noticed my account says I owe $1,116 on this phone. When I call AT&T they said I owe $1,116 if I pay the phone off or $5 a month for 36 months.They are using the device to keep you in contract for 36 months. If you pay your phone off ahead of time you lose the trade in.This would be ok if explained at the store so the customer has this option. Another bait & switch tactic from AT&T. Looks like if you provided a good product at a competitive rate these games wouldn’t be needed.I will purchase my phone out right & bring it to the next retailer. We could’ve sold this phone back to the outfit we purchased it from & left AT&T out of the loop if we knew their shady getto business tactics from the get go.

Very incompetent group here. Spent about an hr getting set up on my family’s account. When I got home I realized the screen protector had an issue so thought I’d just go over and get it handled. When I went back, they said I wasn’t on file as a user and that they had put the wrong protector on. They also didn’t have any of the correct protectors and didn’t offer to have one ordered and sent to me. Just felt like a waste of time to figure out there was no one there who really knew what they were doing or cared to do it right. Finally, in the beginning they told me I could get $100 off trade in iPhone but once it was time for check out they went back on it and said there is no trade in. Overall just a bad experience.

Great staff. Worked a long hot day with my (very old) phone malfunctioning, showed up hungry and grumpy to the store. Everyone was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Left with a new plan with $20 discount, new iPhone 14, and a nice Pelican case and screen protector. If y’all see this, thanks again.
