Just left att store. Lady was rude and not helpful. She would not help us transfer data from old phone to our new phone. She said they never have done that. I called the att store down the road and she said that’s not true. For me to come down there and she will take care of it. Never will use this store again.

6/21/24 Store opened with one employee, wait was too long. Turned off JBL radio that was too loud and playing offensive music after 20 minute plus wait only to get reprimanded by the Lady working. Was told I wouldn’t be helped and asked to leave. I did not. Cooler heads prevailed but after not being of any assistance it was night and day when I went to corporate store on Fairmont. Professional atmosphere and friendlier service. Explained what transpired that morning and they suggested the review explaining to me that there was no reason I couldn’t have been helped at your store.

Staff didn't have the knowledge or experience to do a transfer between old galaxy s22 phone to the new s24. After 2.5 hours they had us go home and call customer service to help us. Soon as we got home, took us 5 min. Got it done before customer service even answered.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I was happy at the store before all of these new employees got there. After talking to both the manager about an employee adding something on my account without me knowing they then adding something else on my account again without me knowing. Yes she did gave me a credit of what was added but couldn't stop adding things to my account. If you don't know this. YES you have to sign for something being removed or added to your account and YES the employee is to tell you the T&C on your account and YES you are supposed to read it and sign for it. If they do it for you it's against their training along with the T&C rights. I want to talk to the District manager not the store manager. I know he see this you can get my info from Jeremy L.

Poor customer handling, told me different price at the beginning and was charged different prices when I went to talk back they says she doesn’t work there. Totally unacceptable l, scammer beware of this store.

Purchased new phone and transferred the old one to another family member. Yasmin handled the transaction efficiently and effectively. It was a very nice experience. Yasmin was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire transaction. We very much appreciated her assistance.
