Thanks to pharmacist Jeremy Shaw, we had the worst experience at a pharmacy. It is not our problem as a customer that people like Jeremy cannot do their jobs. We are never going back to this pharmacy ever again. He is extremely rude and incapable of doing his job. We are planning to file a formal complaint against him with CVS corporate as well. He has no right to be rude at customers when it is their fault for being behind. If they are short handed, take it to CVS corporate and don't take it out on customers. Prescription was submitted for my sick wife at 5pm and it wasnt filled until 10pm after waiting a long time at the store. There is a polite way to treat customers but instead staff is ridiculously rude.

0 stars should be an option! Gave me the run around for days on my daughter medicine never once called me stating there was a problem. Then when i tried calling for an hour was hung up on 6 times. They stated they sent request to dr for different medicine the dr called them out on that lie since they never verbally called and checked. You send a fax or electronic request you need to physically call and do a check on it. Don't even get me started on how rude the pharmacist was with no concern I was gonna report him for not doing his job correctly. I was told oh the medicine would be in with our shipment at lunch calls back in evening and now we can't get it. Then after i get cvs supervisor on phone with caremark they magically can send to another location when they could have done that to begin with. Oh and they didnt even transfer it i had to call and do it. They all need to be retrained I work for CVS Aetna and this would not fly in my department.

I have been coming to CVS for years never had an issue. Yesterday I try to pick up my three kids prescription. I told the technician I had three kids prescriptions to pick up and once I said the third kid's date of birth and name, she rolled her eyes and made a half noise like she was annoyed. I then got upset and told her what her issue was that this was her job and she got even more upset road rise in my face I confronted her ask her I needed to speak to the pharmacist. Pharmacist got to the window and apologized without me even letting him know what happened. Once I told him what happened, then he just said OK thanks for letting me know. I've never seen this tech before her named Ariana completely rude and disrespectful.

I have come to CVS for deliveries, to use the ATM, and to get medicine. Unfortunately, the medicine prices are too high without insurance (I'm working on that). The facility is nice and clean, and the employees have a laid-back, professional demeanor, which I always appreciate. They usually have what I'm looking for or some form of it. Their self checkout is easy, with no hassle. No complaints.

Not happy with the experience here. First, I had my son's dentist call in the prescription because my car is in the shop, so I needed it to be ready when I got there. I had someone driving me there to get it. I get there, and it's not ready, so they say wait 15 minutes, and you'll get a text. Never got a text. My ride was nice enough to take me to the grocery store while we waited for the rx, still never got a text. Finally got back to cvs, still no text only to have the lady tell me they only got the amoxicilin and not the ibuprofen. My son needed the ibuprofen for his pain, he had 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I know for a fact my dentist called it in bc she knew my son was in pain. Not good at all and will never return to this pharmacy.

24 hours???? It's a joke no one ever answers. I've stayed on the phone to talk to someone and the same time doing it online and guess which one was done first. I'm guessing there is no supervision or any type of disciplinary actions with the employees.

This is 2 reviews in one: 1) The minute-clinic was a life saver recently. They got us in quickly, answered my questions, and my son was back to school in less than an hour. Plus, it was way cheaper than the emergency/urgent care and we didn’t have to wait days for an appointment with our PCP. 2) Today at the pharmacy was a totally different story. Gabriela was incredibly rude. She wasn’t listening to what I was asking, so she gave me curt answers to my assumed questions multiple times. Finally, I had to show her a picture of what I was asking for. Then she rolled her eyes and finally answered my question correctly. This is an awful attitude for a customer service representative. I had no issues with the pharmacist or the other tech that helped me later.

I tried to call and explain to the pharmacist that they gave me someone else's medication. Instead of letting me finish my sentence, He hung up trying to rush the phone call. I took 10 minutes on hold to get them to pick up the phone only to be disconnected after 10 seconds. I asked him his name. He said he was the Pharmacist for this location in Deer Park. He kept mumbling when I asked him his name. Delco or something that ended in I or y. I find it difficult to believe that 8 years of education got you this far. Do better.

Today I called to ask for advice from the pharmacist about one of my prescriptions. He was disrespectful and talked over me many times. When I brought to his attention that his tone of voice was condescending, he told me that he was sorry I felt that way but it's the tone he uses with everyone. I asked him to speak to me respectfully, considering he was in customer service, and he responded, "that's where you're wrong. I'm not in customer service, I'm in the medical profession, and this is the tone I use with everyone". I asked him if he was the only pharmacist at that location, because it would be a shame if he caused the whole store to lose business because of his attitude. He said that he was the "managing pharmacist" and he was in control of all business there. When I told him that it was unfortunate that I had used that location for three years and due to one conversation with him I would no longer be using them, he told me, "no it's unfortunate that you believe that". This call took place around 9am on a Saturday.

If I could leave a negative star for Customer Service, I would. I had an unpleasant experience with the pharmacy drive-thru employee whose manner was abrupt, hurried, and totally disinterested. I took her name and called to speak to her supervisor...not there. I spoke to a pharmacist instead, and apparently she had the same customer service training...she was also abrupt and interrupted me continually, saying the words OK, OK, OK while I was trying to explain my complaint about the tech. She was so busy talking over me that I knew she didn't understand that I wanted CVS to stop refilling my scripts because I had cancelled them twice before. I vowed last October to never be their customer when they refused to fill my prescription from my doctor that they had been filling for years. However, I was forced again to go back because of their policy of auto-refilling. The lack of customer service skills can be summed up in the pharmacist's last words she said as she hung up on me, "I'm glad you're not staying with us." Pharmacies are bad these days, but find another one if you're a CVS customer. You might find yourself without a much needed prescription because their pharmacist decides, on his own volition, not to fill it ...AFTER your insurance approved it...at the window...on a Friday evening... AFTER your doctor's office is closed. Worst PHARMA chain ever.

I love this CVS. This CVS right here is open 24 hours. They were open 24 hours before the big reset, during the pandemic and still to this day open 24 hours.CVS the only place that did not change, close up shop, alter hours, reinvent the wheel. CVS is not given the love they rightfully deserve.Let me say it again just in case it's not clear.....Every single public store went full throttle into chaos. I don't blame them, it was wild and nobody knew what to do or when to do it. But CVS said Nope we going do what we do. We going to stay open, same hours, same routine just like every day before and everyday after. Yall know what? CVS the new waffle house!Waffle house did not stay open like they once did. Waffle House stayed open for category 25 storms in the past but nope they faltered like the rest when pandemic 19 came around, and that's ok. I still love Waffle house!BUT the crown must be passed to the rightfull and deserving and that's CVS!CVS you the store that keeps on keeping on!!!Please everyone acknowledge CVS for their commitment to keeping a sense of normalcy to standing firm in their ways and really helped everyone through the storm.CVS good job! Really, it's the people who did the great job. CVS you have the best of the best employees and I hope you know this and put them on the pedestal they belong on.

MinuteClinic should be called HourClinic, bc that's how long it takes to be seen with an appointment.
