TRUCKERS, If you like to rent a car, ask to transfer your call to the branch manager! Ask them to be picked up at the truck stop, dont try to get to this location with a semi truck, its not possible. After we has to walk 3 miles on a very hot day to get the rented car it was very pleasant to get a ride back to the truck stop on the next day. Also we was told that they would have picked us up to get to their location. The main phone booking service didn't offer this option, even that we asked for it. After returning the car we got the store managers office direct number, where I will call next time to book a vehicle.So far, will book again with you!

I had to rent a car on a weekly basis while I was looking for a new vehicle to purchase. I live close by and they were able to pick me up at my house once they had a vehicle ready and take me to rheir store to fill out Paperwork. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. If you call at peak hours you may have to wait on hold a little while but they do answer.

I had a great experience with Enterprise! Starting from the phone call with Dakota helping me get a reservation same day for a sedan. I got exactly what I needed in a timely manner same day! The customer service was great in person and through the phone. Definitely would come back to this location!

Well i came to leave a 1 star review since the lady who called me was extremely rude but it seems theres a whole bunch of 1 stars here already. I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES FAR AND THERE ARE BETTER LOCATIONS SUCH AS WEBSTER, LEAGUE CITY, AND SUGARLAND. They actually treat you decent as well.

Poor customer service!Trying to reach someone by phone is nearly impossible. The manager seems like she's trying but I've yet to talk to anyone else who cares. The rental I am currently driving has a weak battery and I am having to jump start it before and after work everyday. I tried to call and get some assistance with this issue, but after 28min on hold I gave up.

I've been waiting since the 20th of this month after being hit by a semi truck in a rental for them to dispense another rental(which I'm covered for and was promised within two business days ON the 21st when I called) the phone rings two times and gets sent directly to hold I've been out of a car so long I've lost my admittedly terrible job and this is all stemming from them not being able to find their rental or allowing me to tow it to their lot (I'd have done it at my own expense by now if I could be guaranteed any results) so they refuse to close one contract and open another but will not communicate why. The last time I actually got on the phone with someone was a nice gal but she made empty promises and I'm still here with no car- no job now too. This branch is in need of new management or better equipped employees because none of them knew what they were doing quite obviously.

False advertising and bait-and-switch from Enterprise. They claim to offer a pick-up service, but you have to call the location directly to get details and set up the pick-up. More than half an hour on hold and no one ever answered the line. Tried live chat online, but all I got was 'sorry, can't help you'. So forget about getting picked up when your car breaks down and you have to be towed to a repair shop. We reserved an economy SUV online, which showed it was in stock and available, but they pulled a bait-and-switch because they only had sedans onsite, which cost just as much. Excellent lesson in deceptive business practices 101, and all for the low low price of $100/day plus taxes, fees and insurance.

I made a reservation for a car 2 wks in advance. On the day of they call and ask when I need a car. I tell them that day and where they are supposed to pick me up. Well they can't help me because they have no cars. They just rented out the last one. Everytime I would call they would let it ring once place me directly on hold no greeting. Sierra was very rude and unhelpful. I called once on my drive over there was on hold the hole time walk in on phone and she was sitting there playing on her cell. I would not recommend this location to anyone. She is very rude and recommend using any other rental company.Update they have now charged me $6 for a $1.75 toll road fee over charge much.

Lied about the vehicle availability, we specifically requested a sedan, and that got our appointment moved from Friday to Saturday. We get there for our appointment and are told that they moved our appointment without notifying us. Then we discovered that they dont have any sedans, so were stuck with a mini van.

The salesperson in Deer Park Tx on center street by the name of Paul Lopez is a super person. Paul was very informative and knowledgeable about the policies and procedures of the company. I Gregory Evan's recommend him to anyone, his service is unmatchable and I am always satisfied when I rent a vehicle at this location because of him.

Refuse to answer the phone constantly pick up the phone tell me to hold or just pick up the phone and immediately put me back on hold 45 min. Youd think they'd answer. I'm on my fifth welcome to enterprise please hold. All the while listening to treat our customers the way they should be treated. Starting to wonder just what they mean by that
