“I got a real live person on the phone at the facility on falcon pass drive immediately She helped me upload my insurance card to make the process go faster upon arrival. The fact that is a walk in clinic made me worried I could not get in . I was brought to the back to be seen immediately and complete paperwork there and explain my issues. I was quickly tested - UTI - positive. And reviewing my medical needs etc given a prescription . After I told her my Walgreens was closed the nurse practitioner called
another and I had meds in 10 minutes ! All the staff was great, clean and attentive to needs . I will chose Gemini urgent care First next time!!!”
“I was regrettably unable to make my appointment today with Dr. Bai; however I will only go to Dr. Baig I have been a patient of his as well as my 2 children for nearly 30 years and I trust him fully as he has proven his knowledge and skills and experience with medicine and there's no area of practice unfamiliar and I will not be able to trust another provider for a long time. “The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are very friendly. The doctors and nurses listen and seem to care about a patients health. The only negative is that sometimes the office doesn't call with test results, prescriptions being given, and reminders; but they have gotten a lot better on this issue. Overall, I enjoy this office and the staff.”
“My 16 year old daughter and I each had an appt here this morning. Everyone was extremely sweet and friendly, we felt so comfortable and happy there like we were with friends. The nurse was hilarious! The PA was very knowledgeable and thorough in discussing different options with us, and again, a total sweetheart.Also, my daughter ended up needing some labwork done and passed out, all the way out cold in the chair. The lab tech was very calm and knew exactly what to do to bring her back around to consciousness. I was shaken but the tech made it much easier to keep my cool and help her help my daughter.Absolutely cannot recommend enough, zero complaints!!”

“My oldest is 16 yrs old, we have been going here since my youngest was born, 7 yrs ago. Dr. Matthews is the best! She listens and takes into account my kids opinions, not just mine. I wish I would have found her sooner! All my kids love her...we have been seen by a few of the other providers in the past when Dr. Matthews was out and lets just say we'd rather wait to see Dr. Matthews. The wait for a new patient appointment ia a bit long but we'll worth it!! ??”
