“Gilbert Perez at the ACU at the Deer Park location is amazing! Today he helped get a loan. He is professional, friendly, and goes out of his way to provide the service that his customers need. Today he went over and beyond the call of duty. I had lost my wallet today and since ACU was the last stop I made, I went to Gilbert to see if I might have left it in his office. He checked his entire office but didn’t find it. He went further to check the camera footage but did not find anything. I left his office to go look further at home. He told me he was still going to continue looking further and would call me. I did find it at home and I started to call him to let him know but he called me first. I told him I found it and let him know how much I appreciated all his help. He did not have to do this but he took the time to help me. Again, he went over what he needed to do to help a customer. There needs to be more people like him. He first started out helping me with a loan but ended up going so much further to help me in finding my wallet. Thank you, Gilbert, for all that you did for me today. You are not only an incredible asset to ACU but also an incredible human being!”
