The pharmacy TECH (tall blond woman) is extremely rude works the 7 PM shift. I’ve been getting my prescription filled at H-E-B for probably three years now and because my information was out of date and I just moved here. They wouldn’t fill my prescription that I’ve been getting since I was a teenager.

Tech couldn't help. Pharmacist stepped in. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I remained polite, but frustrated. How are you a Pharmacist and completely unaware of medication side effects.
It's literally your job to understand pharmaceuticals.

I am leaving this review as I am on hold with one of the pharmacy techs who has been working very hard to make sure I can afford my prescription. I live in Baytown off I-10 and the pharmacy is in heb in deer park. I make this drive to this specific heb every month sometimes 3 times a month for the last 6 yrs only for their pharmacy staff! They have NEVER not had my medication or have they ever been rude or condescending towards me and my personal business. They have always gone above and beyond in my favor and made sure that I am able to get my medication! Thank you yall have been my pleasure!

Never get updates via text or email on medication that’s out of stock. I’ve called them myself 5 or 6 times and don’t feel like customer service is good. Going back to Walgreens where communication is better and they act like they actually want to fill my prescriptions.

The most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. I took my new insurance card to them 2 weeks prior to needing prescriptions refilled and they didn't run it through the insurance and tried to over charge me. Then I offered my card up and she said oh we already have it on file. SMH. Then I try to get my mounjaro refilled every month and they either tell me they don't have it or that there's something wrong with the prescription from my doctor. Like I have diabetes and you f-n with my prescriptions is a problem. My next call will be to the pharmacy commission.

Never coming to this location again. The workers are incompetent & made me waste my time. I’ve been waiting for my prescription since Friday. When I went Monday they said they didn’t have it when I called them 2 times Monday asking about my prescription!
