Amazing pharmacists. A different location would not fill my seizure medication that I've been taking for over 12 years, even though I had prescription refills due, AND my doctor personally called the pharmacy/pharmacist and told them my situation and verified everything and told the pharmacist that it could be fatal if I didn't get the medication I needed. And that pharmacist had been filling my prescription for nearly 4 years every month. She just decided once day that she wasn't going to do it. So the pharmacist went against what my doctor was telling her, which long story short, put me in the Emergency Room on 4 separate occasions. Now I have medical bills I can't pay and am building a case with my attorney against the pharmacist for KNOWINGLY putting my life in danger, and going AMA (Against Medical Advice) by refusing to refill my prescription. (This was at the Fairmont location) THIS pharmacy/pharmacist on the other hand, really listened to me when I went in to talk to them, and actually seemed to care about my well being. I had no problems getting my prescription filled here. It was very quick, and I really want to thank the 2 pharmacists at this location for helping me in a dire situation. I didn't know what else to do and they contacted my doctor and that was that, they did everything that needed to be done in order for my medication to be released to me. I'm sorry I don't remember there names, but seriously, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. You made a seemingly hopeless situation turn into "hey everything's going to be okay, we got your back" situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will continue to use this pharmacy for everything in the foreseeable future.

We have been waiting all day for an urgent prescription to be filled and was told to show up 30 mins before they close to pick up this medication, okay, no problem, we really need it! When I arrived on time through the drive through, their power went out and their system went down so they could not sell the medication that was ready. So we patiently waited in our car for about a minute or two until we were then told to circle around or come inside for NO reason as NOBODY was behind us (also why? because the system is down so what good is that for? To just tell them you can’t do anything for us?) First off, went into the Credit, Cash, or Check lane not Debit option lane which was empty, again nobody was behind us, and they argued with us about it until they essentially forced us to circle around and low and beyond we are right where we started in the second lane because people were in the Debit lane and not in the second lane we were in. They argued about what the sign says after we literally read it before deciding to pull into the second lane minutes before. It’s a permanent sign and we can see and read it right there. Let it go and let us get our medication in the order we arrived to get it. Sheeeesh. First experience and safe to say I will gladly drive a little further to go to a kind pharmacy staff. It’s pretty simple and fair to let the first in line get their order first.

I’ve never been treated so rude by a pharmacy. The people that work there are rude, incompetent jerks.My medication got sent to a different HEB and the girl on the phone wouldn’t tell me which one. Just gave me a store number.I will never go back there.

Happy with them, they're the least expensive place around using GoodRx or their version of GoodRx is even less expensive for prescriptions. Nice store, nice drive through, expedient and getting your meds ready. Will definitely refer them to others.

I was waiting in line for a good 5 min with only one cashier and all other workers looking at me. As soon as I was helping an older white gentleman stepped in line and one of the ladies almost ran to ask how she can help. Sad, really.

I’m a handicap man that was sent into circles to find a cart with zero help from employees of your store. I have one good leg. I shop at heb faithfully and your employees let me down. Not only was a man with one leg sent walking into circles but zero help was offered after asking for a manager. If you treat your handicap like this I have no problem spending my money somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. H-E-B has always been my pharmacy! Today I had a horrible experience. Cassie, gave me the absolute experience today. She refused to fill my sons prescription because they were closed. I told her my sons medication was send at 7 and she cut me off and said “no it wasn’t sent at 7 “ with an attitude. I said I have been waiting in like for 20 min and you’re gonna tell me my prescription isn’t gonna be filled? My son has croup and needs his medicine this is not for me it’s for my 1 year old! She asked the pharmacist and I heard him say no we are closed. I stayed there for 3 min and the pharmacist tommy said did you need something else? I said she (cassie) didn’t come back and tell me anything she left me here standing . I need my medicine or give me the prescription to go somewhere else . He said he couldn’t give me the prescription. He ended up filling it up for me in less than 5 min . I got my medicine and asked who I could complain to . Tommy replied “ I’m sorry ma’m it’s been a long day”. My response was, I work in health care long day or not hard day or not you do not treat a patient that way much less a mom who needs medicine for her son. What has happened to healthcare now a days? Horrible experience and it aggravates me how inconsiderate people are . You do not mess with my sons health and you will not treat me this way. Cassie couldn’t even come back and talk to me or look at me in the eye. Shame on you and I hope you never have to feel this way with your kids because guess what you will or like it.

The food and product quality is going down. Staff is not as pleasant as they were pre-Covid. Not all there fault. Management could make it easier for them. Also, personal shoppers need etiquette and self awareness training!!!!!
