Worst experience that I ever had took my car there over 5 times and they can't get it right i gave up my car has the bumper a different color and they said that it was going to change color within a week or so but it been over 2 months now and the car it the same*****All customers beware don't take your vehicle's to this repair facility they don't know how to repair vehicles not unless you want a two tone colors for your vehicles and bubbles in your paints ******I would give them 0 stars but it doesn't let me

They took 4x the estimated time and it doesn't even sound right now. Lost my folding chairs and wagon out of the back of my car and won't replace them. So disappointing.EDIT: in response to your "response" - replace my stolen wagon and folding chairs. Otherwise your apology is meaningless.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give 0 I would if you want to be constantly lied to , have your car held for 2 months for a paint job , have to pay outta pocket for your rental and in the process of fixing your vehicle put a hole into your door then this is your place to go . Wouldn’t recommend but hey what can you do . Take it with a grain of salt

I took my 2016 Ford Transit Connect to have wreck damage repaired to the driver door, the sliding rear door and the quarter panel. It took about 6 weeks. When I got the vehicle back the first time, part of the outside trim wasn't properly attached, the inside trim wasn't properly fitted, and the internal rubber stripping between the glass and the window sill on the rear door wasn't there. There was also some hardened sealant along the window frame area that had been left visible. Besides that, there was a rattle as though something had been left loose inside the door. Naturally, I returned the vehicle to have those items addressed which they did. It looked a lot better and didn't rattle as much. There's still some rattle most likely due to the aforementioned outside trim piece being a bit loose. The bottom inside part of the door panel wasn't fastened so I did that myself. OK, I was thinking, I'll just cut my losses and not return it again. But, today, after the second time I drove it, I tried to return home from my job only to find that the car wouldn't crank and NOTHING electrical would function. Checking the battery connections, I found that the positive terminal connector had just been pushed down on the post and the tightening bolt was completely loose. Called the shop and spoke to the manager... he said that they didn't remove the cable from the battery. Well, the problem with that is that the date and time readouts were off on my clock when I got the car back... by almost 10 years. Apparently, that's the factory default when all power is lost because that's what it went to when I replaced the battery. Now, my AC is running a bit weird. I don't know how that happened but it was working just fine before going into the shop. This has to be the worst experience I have had with a body shop.Services: Welding

Customer service was excellent! Only problem is that my car seat has been stained with black paint and it won’t come off. Johnny was super helpful and got in touch to resolve the minor issues I had in no time! I really appreciated that!

They did great job w my car, the only thing not listed they called to the person for rent a car ,but they not called to the person for puck my car, and I not have my deposit yet from the rental place.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I had been referred by many friends to come here so I checked their reviews only to see they matched what I had heard. The customer service I received from several employees there was phenomenal. It did take some time to get parts as it is for all parts stores and repair shops but that's not the body shops fault. I work for a repair shop and we struggle as well getting parts. I had one very minor issue I noticed after picking up my vehicle and they were quick to get me back in the shop and fix it. I did not get the run-around nor did they put me on the back burner, but instead I was moved to the very front of the line and squeezed in. I will most definitely be back for any future work I need. It is very clear this company cares about their reputation because they refuse to let a customer leave unsatisfied.

Definitely the worst place to take your vehicle. Or money for the matter. I was told my truck would take days to fix it tools months. 3 to be exact then when I get back the front rims aren’t the same color as the back one panels were falling off still. THOMAS the manager made ME find part numbers and they had no attention to details. Ultimately ruined my experience with pro care. Will NOT be coming back

Super awesome service! We had to get some front end work done to our car and due to supply chain shortages they've been working hard to find a part luckily they found something very similar. Quality of work is phenomenal and everyone is super nice and helpful!
