Great friendly and fast service... I arrived 3 minutes before their closing time for and inspection... they were prompt and efficient and didn't seem upset to stay late to complete my auto inspection..

Ok so Jiffy Lube District Manager seen my review and jumped on it. You can read the reply.
Zane, the DM, called me promptly to help make my experience better and help me understand the situation better. First, I want to say he was very kind and listen yo my concerns.
Here's the thing, I was incorrect with my brake warranty. They warranty is on my back brakes nor my front. This puts me in the wrong immediately.
Even with thar being cleared up, he was still concerned with my overall experience. I appreciate this. He also offered me some help in getting my brakes fixed.
Awesome stuff. I'm keeping it at 4 just for a moment. When I get the brakes fixed soon I'll add that 5th star. I have no doubt he intends to make my experience right and have me as a happy customer.

I got my breaks done here less than a year ago with a warranty for the breaks. A 2 year warranty.
Guess what happened when my breaks went out?
Well, of course, I took my vehicle back to Jiffy Lube to honor the warranty.
And to my surprise (not really surprised by this lack of moral standing and care provided by companies these days), they did not honor the warranty.
Instead, I was asked to walk outside away from the other customers waiting in the lobby to quietly tell me that they would not honor the 2 year warranty that they absolutely acknowledge I do have.
Not because of time, I absolutely am not close to the 2 years, but they said I went 64000 miles this year voiding the break warranty. I called my adult soon, who actually was the one to take my car in for the breaks.
Honestly, I'm used to car work scamming me and treating me in a not so professional way because I'm a woman. I admit I am pretty ignorant when it comes to mechanical car issues but can search the web for basic info and trusted information.
My son was adimit that I did not travel this much. I do not have a copy of the receipt, unfortunately. My son doesn't either at this point. We discussed my driving and checked other records such as oil changes that determined I absolutely did not travel 64000 miles. I drive from Pasadena to Laporte every other day. The furthest I've traveled was Baytown, a whole 6 trips this year. Everything else is local to Pasadena Deer Park.
Comparing the mile count to other services, the car has determined that this milage Jiffy Lube is stating is just false. I'd like to think the best of things and hope this was an error that an employee made when entering my mileage when getting the breaks done. Adding the extra digit. Others have stated this is blatantly a common Jiffy Lube behavior.
They quoted a little over $600 to fix / replace breaks. I just don't have that right now. Unfortunately, I started to cry. I couldn't hold back the tears of the situation. I felt so dumb and taken advantage of. While I was waiting to get a quote after being told they would not honor their warranty, work, or products, I was asked to wait in the lobby again with other guest.
This is when I noticed that I was the only one they pulled away and outside to talk to about the service to my vehicle. Everyone else, all males, had conversations in the lobby with employees about services, prices, waits, etc. This is when I realized I was being mistreated and taken advantage of.
I will say in the end when I said I just don't have $600 right now. They topped up my brake fluid and sent me on my way. I want to say thanks for the brake fluid.
This was a very unfortunate experience, and I still have no brakes and a useless warranty.

Very happy with the employees and service received today. Someone from work recommended this place when I was complaining of going to another “quick” oil change place nearby, twice this week and spent my entire lunch hour waiting for their “five minute” oil change. Highly recommend this location. Dropped my car off and walked across the parking lot to pick up a to go order and my car was done before I returned.

Outstanding service as always. Courteous friendly staff. Waiting room clean. Water on fridge cold. No high pressure when technician showed me things that COULD be serviced but did not NEED to be serviced.

I got an oil change in September 2023 and went back in May 2024 to ask them what the specific oil weight was that they put in my car, so I could purchase the same oil and do it my self. They provided me with that information and asked if my oil was low,I told them yes it is a quart low. They had me pull into a bay and topped off my oil for free. Now that's, service.

I would like to thank David and Eli(Elijah) for being professional and courteous. They were slammed with all bays full and cars waiting in line. They worked with speed and accuracy, no short cuts. And even as busy as they were, the slowed down to talk to each customer and explain the work being done.
