Ayriel was fantastic at this location, she helped us better understand our storage needs and the best ways she could provide for us. This is good place. Friendly staff, in the past years the ownership group has changed multiple times and gone from local owned to a national corporation. It would be nice to see the inoperative building access doors repaired at on the NE quadrant of the property at the climate controlled building. This is an ongoing safety concern as it’s been inoperative for about a year now. IStorage NSA please address this deferred maintenance issue. Thanks to Kenzie for her assistance and professional courtesy!
