Be careful when you come to this place, especially if you park your truck facing the road. There’s a lot of theft here. My ramps were stolen overnight, and all my straps were cut off. Only negative emotions about this place.

Stores not too bad. but they have their service trucks parking right up front in handicap spots where people need them there's not much parking up front anyway and two service trucks are parking right at the front door and sometimes in the handicap spots

THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR DALTON IN THE TRUCK CARE PORTION OF THIS LOVE'S;
Two nights ago I found myself 18 hours into a service appointment gone wrong with surprise braking issues in the middle of a trip, thousands of miles from home. Knee deep in despair and working in tandem with a team at another location into the wee hours of the morning, I didn’t have a lot of hope for the following morning. Cue Mr. Dalton, my hero! Through significant efforts on the behalf of Dalton whose experience and expertise were invaluable in the resolution of my issue, and his unwavering commitment to get me and my crew safely back on the road, not only with brakes that work, but a confidence and sense of safety that is critical for all but especially for someone traveling with family/pets. I was extremely impressed with this young man who went above and beyond in my time of need, stepping in to help me outside of his normal role when another location was short-staffed and extremely booked up. Having operational management experience spanning over a decade in the automotive industry I recognize a star when I meet one. I hope his management team recognizes Dalton as such and if not I’d certainly be pleased to have him in Miami. Thank you for everything. Job well done.

Customer care needs attention, no one interacts with clients coming in and out.

Great 👍 mechanics 🧰 on staff! They help me out with a stuck fuel filter because last mechanic from off brand shop overtightened it. I'm glad they were able to help me out highly recommended. The mechanic shop manger was very helpful and the other mechanic! They both deserve a raise! Snake 🐍 10+years otr cross country. 2017 hino 268 box truck 🚛 8 litr Hino engine JO8E !!!

If you're considering getting your truck inspected at this Love's Truck Stop, I strongly advise against it—especially if you're African American. During my inspection, the manager, Dustyn Cook, claimed my brakes were out of adjustment and gave me two options: pay $21 an axle to have them adjusted on the spot or return to the mechanic who installed them.
I chose to go back to my mechanic, who confirmed the brakes were already properly adjusted. To prove it, he accompanied me back to the Love's location and measured the brakes in front of Dustyn Cook. Only then did Dustyn admit, “Oh, they are at the right adjustment.”
This experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional. Love's should consider hiring staff who treat all customers fairly and respectfully, rather than driving them away.

Propane 24/7 is an absolute joke. The amount of times I come here and there is no one certified to pump is countless. If there was another option, even remotely close, I would go there. If you go on Friday night after work, you would swear you are pulling into an outdoor bar with the amount of people drinking in the parking lot. I'm not exaggerating when I say there are dozens of people congregating and drinking. Talking to management about either situation gets you absolutely nowhere. Unsafe and unprofessional.
