“I had an amazing experience at Majestic Tuxedo. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about their products. Even though I'm not very familiar with the different suit brands, I appreciated their excellent selection, whether for renting or buying. The store itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in.
What stood out to me was the service. When I arrived, they were short-staffed (a few employees were likely on a lunch break), but the single staff member present handled everything efficiently. It was impressive how attentive and professional they were despite the situation. Even though I wasn’t dressed to impress, they treated me with the utmost respect and care, which is something I truly value.
Additionally, the reassurance I received about my suit being ready on time made the whole experience stress-free. Their confidence in their service helped me feel less worried, and I left the store knowing I was in good hands. I highly recommend Majestic Tuxedo to anyone looking for quality suits and exceptional customer service!

“Hi…I normally don’t leave reviews on my personal experience about businesses, however I told the guys that I would. As a man of my word, I’d say that my experience with the store and its employees as well as their product was an overall positive experience. Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable. Juan, the owner/manager and I chopped it up for about an hour after my purchase, just about both our experiences in the Army. The capability to relate to as humans from different cultures and backgrounds yet with a commonality in certain areas of our lives made the purchasing experience even better. I walked out with a smile and satisfaction that it was the best store to buy my clothing from. I’ll definitely shop there again in the future although I’m from southwest Louisiana. It’s worth the drive to Pasadena.”

“One star off because I saw the clothes in clearance deal with little less prices than full price at which I bought couple months ago. I wish they always kept the average price instead of full price then some % off and then clearance price. But I like the place for shopping clothes for my whole family.”
