The worst clinic you could go to. I had an appointment at 11:50AM the doctor came out and told me I needed my blood drawn first before getting seen by her. The old white lady, who was “suppose” to do my blood test came out at 12:42PM and said, “did you have an appointment?” I said yes at 11:50AM, next thing you know she says “I have to take the patients in an orderly manner…”then asks the patient next to me, what time her appointment was and she said 12:30PM. The old white lady said, I can’t take you today to me. The worst customer service, communication ever. I don’t recommend going here unless you want your time wasted.

Make an appointment? For what? You walk in, NOONE in sight! Had an appointment at 10:10am. Couldn't find a soul. Had to hunt down another employee to help. Once employee was notified of my being there, I was told to sit down and wait. And so I waited a good 10 minutes... Not one word said to me, not a worker in sight. Thanks but no thanks. You know, acknowledgement is the most important customer service tool one business has. I will not return.

I took my son there for an ear infection and since he had a lot of ear wax she couldn’t see him and refer me to his primary doctor on Monday and then she told me I didn’t have to pay anything. And two weeks later I receive a bill for $70 dollars for something that my son never got treated for. Because she couldn’t provide any medicine. This clinic scams people.

I normally am understanding but to wait two hours to get a simple TB test done is ridiculous. Along with the that kiosk would not let me sign no matter what I did and I made an appointment. A family who arrived 30 minutes later got attended to before I did. I am severely dissatisfied and disappointed

The rudest clinic I’ve ever been to! Just by asking for treatment for my kid not knowing how their policies work , they immediately rudely tell me to make an appointment & wait till next week.. the Karen lady in the glasses clearly had a bad childhood.. no manners whatsoever .. never coming back here!

Waste of time & money. After my visit my fever continued to rise and I began to vomit. Since the NP didn't seem knowledgeable I sought a better healthcare experience. CVS couldn't even fill the script given to me b/c they were out of stock at multiple locations near me. I'm grateful for the ease of teledoc.com From now on I will use them when I need something quickly.

Just spoke with Maria the pharmacist tech on the phone. She was so rude and disgusting to me when all I was trying to do was be transferred to the minute clinic. She does not need to be speaking to patients like this!! find a new job

Wouldn’t give Tamiflu to a patient who lived with someone who tested flu positive Within last 24 hrs. Bc patient already had flu symptoms but tested negative for flu. Allowing the patient to go home and possibly get a secondary illness on top of something that wasn’t actually flu. Avoid wasting half your day waiting here.

The clinic wait was not long. Small town feel with professional demeanor the entire visit. I had two teens that were ill with respiratory issues due to sinus’s. Not only was Mrs. Ukisha Newsome knowledgeable but she had no issues with taking the time to explain the medications she was prescribing but also knowledge on the illness itself and why certain meds were being prescribed. If Minute Clinic had a Dr. on staff, I would say I have found my new primary care location. I was also advised the clinic is getting bigger with a few more staff and will be able to see persons with chronic illnesses such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Don’t forget the convenience of getting your meds while on location!!

No respect for your time. Whatever their estimated time is multiply it by at least three. Ridiculous that a large company like cvs would be so misleading with customers.
