I’ve had a great experience with this shop. I brought in my car after having a bad experience with another shop but in Pasadena. Having taking it here after that was a great decision. The staff was very helpful and informative. Pricing is decent. They were able to complete things to get my vehicle inspection ready without trying to overcharge me or sell me extra things I don’t care for. Especially considering it’s a 2005 car that I just need to get to work. They were able to explain to me the diagnosis and were very communicative throughout the time it was being worked on. I felt I was having more of a conversation about what I was comfortable with doing and spending. Definitely wish I hadn’t used so much money elsewhere to not even have my initial ticket completed. Anyway, great customer service and Jay specifically came in clutch with knowing how to work on my car. I didn’t realize how important it is to know a shop with knowledgeable mechanics.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I called in to ask about pricing for my vehicle. The person who answered the phone was very rude. He was yelling and saying " WHAT WHAT". His tone was very condescending and seemed like he didn't want to work. Maybe he was in a bad mood? Please keep your attitude at home sir. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Mousa's was a great experience, got a diagnostic on my engine and brakes, the mechanic kept me informed on his diagnostic for the engine and the brakes. The pricing estimates were fair, and I got my vehicle returned to me with all items fixed, my vehicle runs great, thank you Mousa's. I would recommend Mousa's shop for a fair shake.
