If I could give this place a point one of a star I would. Whatever you do don't take any nice wheels here that have locking Lug nuts!!! Although they can take the tire on and off without scratching your rim, whoever uses the torque wrench and the adapter will scar your rim up every time. You can see by the pics the tech scratched each wheel almost the exact same place, which is parallel to the locking lug nut on each BMW wheel. Before I took it to this location, no one other than my BMW dealership services and they have a video record of everything they do with wheels, tires, and service. After I took possession of my vehicle from NTB I took it home and washed it found the damage, told their manager, and he assured me they would take care of it to date they never have. The only thing stopping me from serving them for four new wheels from the dealership is I have a very extensive travel schedule, but it's coming.

They had my battery in stock and worked with me to get the prorated amount from the last battery I purchased here, even though the company has changed ownership. They looked me up in the old system and had me on my way in 20 minutes.
