I love this place i can't complain about there nails they are amazing the customers who complain are being pedi go on somewhere else because everytime I go here Nancy, Jessica are amazing and do as I ask for my nails they are amazing thanks I am happy with your hard work that's why I am a returned customer

I went to this salon because the tech had done my eyebrows before, but I wasn’t impressed. I’m particular about my brows and had to ask her to clean up stray hairs. Fast forward to last Sunday — I came in to get my nails and toes done for my mom’s memorial anniversary. I asked for a simple lavender color, but she decided on her own to do an ombré design I didn’t want.
She seemed distracted, bouncing between clients, and there was gossip about other nail techs and even comments about skin color, which felt unprofessional. While I was reading the price list ($30 for nails and toes), I ended up being charged $110. Her daughter did my toes with minimal effort, and even though I asked for them to match my nails, they didn’t.
On top of that, the application wasn’t clean — dust and particles were caught in the acrylic, and she skipped steps. I had to reshape my nails at home, and several popped off after just a few days.
Overall, I didn’t get what I asked for, the quality wasn’t good, and the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you value good service and quality work.

i asked for a soak off, & they ripped off my old set with an old nail that was already on the desk area. Ripped off my real nail with the acrylic & when i pulled away. she said “look what u did” after it started to bleed.

Very sweet ladies mamma makes me laugh. Very good work no frills place. Men feel right at home also. Great place for teens and high school on a budget.

Nancy is lovely. She's funny and does a great job. They have a great selection of tips when most places don't carry those in favor of powders, which always cost more. This place is nothing fancy but they are fast and do a great job. For the price, you can't beat it.
Update 6 years later this is still the best place for me. I don't have to tell Nancy what to do with my nails she just makes them beautiful every time and I love her and Jennifer they are like family to me.

I loved the employees!!! They kept me entertained the whole time. The daughter is super sweet and her mother is funny and wonderful. The price is great and my nails were awesome!! 10/10 recommend this place….

So when I went in it was completely dead there was nobody there when we first pulled up I had very bad vibes because they were just staring at us so I go and I show them the kind of nails I want and they were very cheap so that kind of made me question it because a lot of nail places don’t do expensive nails for so cheap so as I’m getting ready to do my nails I had noticed some things on the wall that I wanted to look at so I asked if I could look at them the younger lady told me yes so as I proceeded to go look at them on the wall the older lady that had been weirded me out the whole time was like no you need to come sit right now I have another appointment and I need to do your nails she was very very rude and so I kind of just try to brush it off so I sit down you know if she starts doing my nails the products she was using were very cheap nail products that would not last longer than a week tops she puts on 1 nail and then looks at my other nail and tells me how all these things were wrong with my fingers and my nails and just constantly being negative and very rude so I asked her to take off the nail and told her that I was leaving because they were very rude after telling her that she ripped the nail off and told me to just go and never come back. I didn’t say anything I proceeded to walk out as I walked out she started cussing at me then she started flipping me off through the window started trying to take pictures of my car it was very weird it was very sketchy very unprofessional would never recommend this place I’m not making this up I have a video to prove it all I wish I knew the number to corporate because I would definitely would report this business very sad and that woman is very crazy

I walked in because I wanted my nails taken off and the owner had asked if I wanted my nails done as soon as I asked her if they did dip nails she said no and then all of a sudden was not able to take my nails off she said that the girl that was there with her doesn’t know how to take the nails off I find it funny how at first she said she could take them off but whenever I wasn’t going to get them done they’re only my nails taken off they were no longer able to do that service for me. How do you go from being able to do it and now all the sudden because I don’t want to get my nails done unless they are dead now they’re not able to do it for me never have I had my nails done here but I sure as heck won’t be back poor customer service.
