Completely incompetent manager named Lisa.
Rude as well.
so she had no idea why I couldn't use more than $20 in my rewards money when my item was $50 I wanted to use $40 I had over $50 available but it wasn't allowing it.
I did my research and I called customer service and go figure someone who's been with the company for 23 years didn't know you can't do increments of $30 or $40 it's $20 or $50 only.
How can a store have a manager that doesn't even know corporate policies? She no idea why it was limiting me at $20. she got very rude and sassy! I definitely will not be there to shop again I'll get my prescriptions in the Drive-Thru.

I had checked out online through the express pickup feature so that I could be able to pick up my prescription quicker. When I asked if I could check out on the left side I was told to get to the back of the line and wait with all the others. Then once I got up to the counter they find my prescription and ask me to stand in ANOTHER LINE, so she can check me out. If this express pickup option isn’t going to be used please take down your signs and quit false advertising this feature so that customers aren’t thrown into confusion and wasting time. Cashier Aryele was rude as well. I know it gets busy but the quality of customer service must stay consistent.

The pharmacist always have an attitude. You can't even ask a question without them talking to you like you're stupid and getting loud with you. Completely lost my business. Should probably hire more respectable "pharmacist" before you completely lose your business.

The majority of employees are nice and helpful, but the issue mostly lies with the pharmacy. Setting aside being understaffed and doing the best they can during these times, my regular medication is out of stock EVERY SINGLE MONTH which delays me taking it on time. Totally unacceptable.

I don't see why they have a drive through pharmacy if, when you get to the window, they tell you you have to go around and get back in line while they fill the prescription, even if both lanes have multiple cars. Also they said to come inside to get it. Why would I go through the drive through if I wanted to go inside in the first place? The woman at the window said the medication was one price, then when I sent in my money and got my change, the medicine had somehow become $7 more expensive than what she had originally told me. This place seems to be conducting business in a rather dubious manner. Go elsewhere for less stress and honest pricing.

I came in as a walk in with my 5 yr old to get a flu vaccine. They said I had to make an appt and come back. I made an appt for 3 hrs later and when I came back for my appt they ran out of flu vaccines the DAY BEFORE and couldn't administer. MY son is terrified of vaccines so very unsatisfied with their costumer service.

Ok so I went to go see a doctor, but before my appointment I was trying to buy something and the lady in the front ISIS which is such a shady name, asked for my ID and said she couldn't accept it because it was a "Mexican ID" .. why does it matter if it has my picture and my DOB, I have never felt more discriminated. But the doctor was like amazing so hmmm 5 stars for him bc he actually accepted my ID but 1 star for her for being rude

Pharmacy clerk was not proficient nor professional regarding entering national popular insurance card (cigna) information. Unhelpful and arrogant service, clerk could not locate the RX BIN number on the back of ins card and demanded I call for information that was already provided. Unable to apologize when I showed him the correct RX Bin number located on card. Poor attitude, poor customer service, poor overall experience for me and I will think twice before filling medication here again. Store manager Aaron was nice though.

Some good caring pharmacist, some like Long who likes to make it difficult for my wife to get her meds from major back surgery
