Went to a differt welsfargo and cash my wife check. This bank in center doesn't know what there doing the other bank near my house cash it for me because my name is on the joint account .the one on center didnt because my wife last name change to mine but we still have the same dam address.

The middle aged white male ( Salt and pepper) that you open up a bank account with promises this 200 dollars for opening an account. He never will give you the 4 digit code u need. Don't open an account unless you have this 4 digit code. He is a slime ball and probably has no girlfriend. Little weenie syndrome.

I’m a member of Wells Fargo, I visited this location and spoke to Glenda Carbajal in the attempt to send wire transfer…. It definitely seemed as if she was having a bad day…. After sitting with her for 10 mins while she complained … I explained I was in a hurry and could we skip the chit chat …. She then told me she couldn’t proceed if I was going to be rude….Hello we are not friends, we are in the middle of Covid… I would like to limit amount of time and only speak when necessary…. You have my money in your bank, you can’t get your feelings hurt and deny my access to my money…..For this experience, you Ms Carbajal deserve 1 star….

My own bank can't give me change for $200.00?! I have to present a business account number in order to do that ? Second time I come to get change and was told this Thanks wellsfargo I'll make sure to get with a bank that can help me

They have closed the drive thru. Recently the staff has become extremely slow in taking care of the customer and the wait has gotten longer.

Sat in line for over 20 mins in the drive thru when I called to ask why I got told to move out of line when it's the only line I could go through. They were extremely rude over the phone.

Yesterday my battery died in the drive-thru and a male teller came out and gave me a jump without hesitation. I hate I didn't get his name, but I am sincerely grateful because he didn't have to help me, but he did. Great service!

Paid for an item online it posted as pending for about four hours then vanished for 9 days . I had receipt confirmation from who I place my order with, but the money was placed back into my account. Then 9 days later WF decided to take out the money and charge me 2 overdraft fees and it did not even pend. They told me it was not their fault that I should basicly not trust there web site when it tells me how much money is in my account. They suck DD just like the rest.
