Dropped my car 5 days before Christmas. Even with half days and holiday closings, they still had my car ready promptly. Lindsey was great at communicating the process and touched base with me during the time my car was there. The car looks like it just came out of the factory. Excellent work and service. Highly recommend. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if I do need a car repaired. This is where I'll be going again.

Lindsey was great to work with. Very professional and thorough with the entire process. Appreciate everything she did to get my car fixed. I didn’t even deal with the insurance of the person who hit me.She needs a raise!

Don’t recommend this place. I took my wife’s car there to have the front end fixed from a hit and run then they called to say it was ready. The head light was not in right, they said ok I’ll fix it. Then went back again and still the same. It took them three times to fix a freaking headlight. Very poor work! Make sure y’all check y’all’s stuff over before paying the bill!Services: Painting

Even though there was a delay getting the parts in Welsh worked to fix all the issues that came up from our auto accident. I am happy to recommend them to any who needs collision repair.

Should have posted this, actually should have posted it 3 times. I had a crease type dent in the side of my pickup bed, (son in law borrow) and though wasn't bad it was one of those "I hate it every time I see it" dents. So took it by Welsh, on Sens Rd. La Porte, about 2 years ago. They gave me an estimate though they only work on big trucks there and told me Lindsay would work with me in Deer Park. I waited about a year before I went by and talked to Lindsay, showed her the year old estimate and she went with it. Fantastic job!!! About 3 months later my other car was rear ended, of course by an "honest college UNINSURED (with an insurance card that he paid one month of insurance just to get the card) male, and I took it to Welsh and Lindsay handled it as well. Did another fantastic job. Years ago I used Welsh repair on Red Bluff on several of my cars. They are truly a great family of automotive experts. Oh and I have an appointment to take my pickup in to have the passenger side power and heated mirror replaced and the latches on my pickup tailgate. Though not cheap the cost is less than half of what the Ram Dealer quoted.

Great people, Great service, Excellent work! I highly recommend Welsh Collision. Lindsey was amazing, so very helpful and sweet. She kept be informed during the entire process. I am very satisfied with the work and customer service I received. I will definitely use them again.

Lindsay was honest and communicated with me through the time they had my truck. She worked with my insurance company for me and ended up saving me over $700. The work they did was also phenomenal. I won't go anywhere else in Deer Park for body work!
