Very slow service, even with only a few cars, super expensive, undercooked chicken, and wrong shake. The only good parts were their fries. Just go to McDonald's, it's much better.

Work on management for EB. Maybe having worked for WB and just knowing good quality service has made me spoiled. I love Autumn (the GM), but overnight management needs improvement. Never had a bad experience until this morning. Rebecca, needs improvement!! The cashier as well!! Our mobile order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be and when we asked how long it would be, the cashier laughed and closed the window. So we drove home (which is less than 5 min away) to change out of our boots (coming home from the rodeo) & drove back. We asked if the order was ready and they replied “yeah, it’s here!”Ok, so we pull to lane 2 since we’re just picking up, right? Wrong. Well, it still wasn’t right. Tea “wasn’t ready” and the bacon and cheese burger was missing the bacon. What?! ?♀️ called to let her know the tea tasted like coffee! Which means they didn’t clean out the filter, come on! Do better, doesn’t matter who it is.. you always need to provide the best quality. ?♀️

Always fast and friendly at this location. Food fresh, and one of the last places you can still make any shake a malt! *(try the Dr Pepper shake malted...it's my new post-rave, wee hours of the morning craving) 25 hours a day Whataburger always serving up

I've been to this location quite a few times and have never had an issue yet. Today I went with my son through the drive through and was met with the most polite employee over the speaker. I don't always have the best experience with drive through service but this young man was exceptionally nice. He was also the person who gave us our order. I don't always leave reviews but I wanted to make sure that I left one for this employee. And the food was good too.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt many times but every single time i go something in my order is either wrong or missing this time i had went and waited 15 minutes just to get two large fries and then they didnt even give me larges they were mediums!! Very

Rolled in to drive thru at 11:50pm , (male) cashier's douche attitude was evident from very beginning!Very unprofessional and antagonistic attitude ...kept rushing us to window without giving a chance to complete order , when rolled into window realized it was mgr!.after almost being given wrong order we finallyrolled out at 12 :15 am dont recommend this spot at all....25 minutes..keep in mind there was only 1 truck ahead of us

Pulled up around 8 PM on a Thursday night. There was no line yet they had four young teenagers outside in the freezing cold. Two were taking orders, and two were at the window.One of the teen boys at the window kept picking on the other one jokingly and made an inappropriate comment to me while my kids were in the car.They forgot to give me napkins, gravy, or my ranch I paid for.Two of the kids fries were only filled halfway and the fries and chicken strips were cold.Would not return.
