Placed an online order. Email said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I went to the store I was informed it would take two days as it was not in stock like the website showed. Had I known this sooner I could have gone to Oreillys got the same thing and gladly paid more to have what I needed today! How about a phone call or email next time!

If I could give them a lower score I would. I came in with a bad starting battery on my hybrid. It would only start with a jump. They said they tested both the battery and alternator and everything was "fine." I drove 4 hrs away and the battery was dead again. Mind you, the cranking battery is in the trunk without keyed entry, meaning you have to crawl through the back seat. I took it to get checked at the San Marcos Advance auto parts and they immediately said it was a bad battery. They told me they probably lied to me because it's difficult to change and they didn't want to. So much heartache just because they were lazy.

It is so nice to get excellent customer service. I had a good experience in EaglePass, but had to stop in Del Rio as well. I interrupted Marcos' lunch, but he was still happy to help. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you Marcos and thank you Advance for hiring people like that.

The manager had the audacity to tell me that I was parked in the handicap section Because I didn't my placard because I was in a work vehicle then discriminated me for being 29yrs old and just now I go back and ask for simple help and was replied with We might not have that Then was sent away I went to O'Reilly's And ask for the same thing And was handled professionally and courteously Had my problems fixed within 5 minutes even bought more than I wanted just For my enjoyment For the overall experience Never again will I be going to your storeThanks for wasting my timeAlso your sales associates should not have headphones on having full-blown conversationsBehind the counter before they greet me
