“Didn’t have a good experience. They said it would take 1-1.5 hours. Took 3. I had to return to work and couldn’t pick up that day. They left the windows open and it rained over night. Seat and everything wet. That’s not including all the extras they wanted to add. Disappointed.

He ran all tests for me and in the end all that was found was that my battery was a little lose.. He brought out the tools, tightened it up for me and I was good to go!!

“If you're looking for an honest, fair, and most importantly competent auto repair shop, you're in the right place! I took my truck here so they could inspect it because I suspected an oil leak. Alvaro was quick to pick up the phone and answer all my questions. He also only charges you for an estimate if they have to remove parts to find out what the issue is so that was a huge plus! Other shops were asking $50+ just to check out the vehicle. They took my truck in the next morning rather than having to wait until after christmas like another shop that I called. Alvaro was quick to inspect the truck and was straightforward (no bs) with what the problem was and what I could do to fix it. He advised me that they don't do any oil changes (oil filter was the issue) and just asked that I tell people about the shop. So here I am. “Another great experience at "Flores Automotive" took a 2014 Chrysler 300s in due to ac blowing cold on passenger side and hot on driver side. They figured out it was an actuator issue. Before throwing parts at the situation I watched Bobby try and relearn the actuators. Unfortunately an actuator needed replacing but I highly respect and appreciate him trying the relearning process before throwing parts at it. Good honest people at Flores Automotive. Replaced actuator that needed be and now ac is blowing solid cold on both sides. Thank you Bobby, Thad, Jacob and the rest of the Crew. I recommend Flores Automotive!”

“I was working on my Jeep (as one does), trying to get some hinge steps installed. Unfortunately, the install did not go well, and I ended up breaking an internal piece of a door, and lost the broken chunk and a tool into the door.
I did some quick research to see what it would take to get the door apart and try to salvage what happened, but quickly realized it would be beyond what I was comfortable doing.
A quick search showed Mtanous Collision Center to be the closest body shop to me, and it had some great reviews, so I decided to test my luck. When I arrived, the staff was quick to help, and I walked them through what happened and what I was hoping they could do for me. They took the door, and within just a few short hours, had worked their magic! The hinge step was installed, and the tool and debris were removed from inside the door. This absolutely made my day as the charge was just a small fraction of a new door.
