We used this service today to visit Acuna for a couple of hours. Although the gentleman was nice and pleasant he quoted a cab fare of $25.00 per couple. There were two couples in the minivan. The fee to cross from US to Acuna is $3.75 US currency. When we arrived to pay the fee, he turned to the four of us and requested $3.75 to pay the fee in addition to the $25.00 for the fare. The young couple behind us inquired that it was assumed this fee was part of the fare. The gentleman paid the fee but appeared upset and disappointed he had to pay this fee. Once we arrived at our destination the gentleman requested to be reimbursed for the fee. I left him a $5 tip and told him to take the fee from the tip. For the life of me I am always amazed how crooked and deceitful these dishonest people are and amazed they are able to sleep at night taking advantage of people visiting. Needless to say, I will drive across in the future and not use this service. If you decide to use this service be aware the fee is included in the fare. I know most of you will say it is the way the locals make a living, but I am sure it should not be the intent to make a living deceiving people. Do right by your customer's and blessing will come your way. it is not necessary to cheat and deceived people
