I bought a bracelet for a Quince and the night of the quince I was putting on the bracelet it broke.I couldn’t call the store that night because it was already closed.They have a policy that if you need to return an item it needs to be returned the same day.I forgot to call them during the week to let them know it had broken. So I called them on Saturday (a week later) and they told me to bring it by the store.So I took it to the store and only so they could tell me that they couldn’t reimburse it because it was a week later.This is horrible customer service and bad business. Not to mention that the older lady there has horrible manners.The bracelet is half beads and a cross that is metal. The metal cross is what broke. That totally is something not of my control.I will never shop at this store again simply because of the horrible customer service!You did NOT break store policy bcuz I asked before I purchased all my items if the jeans did not fit if I could return them. Y’all said I cld return any item the same day. I returned the jeans the same day and I returned the hat the same day bcuz I originally wanted a 7 1/2 hat and y’all gave my son a smaller hat. Therefore I returned both the same day that I purchased, thus y’all had an attitude because I returned them.Ppl return items to other stores all the time and without having to deal with ur ugly attitude.I kept the boots, belt, necklace, earrings and broken bracelet, so it’s not like I didn’t give y’all business!

Store was smaller than expected, but packed full of clothes, belts, and boots. Prices were great and they had a great selection of sale and clearance items. Helpful and patient staff helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

We were in town visiting from Oklahoma and decided to visit a few western stores. Cowboy John's is by far our favorite. Everyone that works there is friendly and Roger can really put a nice crease on a hat!! Next time we are in Del Rio we are going to stop by again... Make sure you have plenty of 7 ⅜ hats on the shelves!!
