Had my Amana dryer serviced. A technician named Ron came out and serviced my dryer. He was very polite and extremely helpful. Issue was resolved then and there. Excellent service. Definitely will call again for my repair needs. Highly recommend Fletchers!

I stopped by to purchase a part for my fridge. They did not have the part but suggested a universal one that would work. I paid for it even though it was highly overpriced. The part did not fit my particular fridge model and they would not return my money. No returns on electrical parts they said. They did not disclose that prior to paying and was only listed on the receipt which you only get only after paying. I asked to speak with manager and of course he is not available. I was highly disappointed, I particularly support small business but not this one anymore. I do not recommend this place to do business, please stay away.

The staff at Fletcher's were so kind and helpful. They helped me figure out what part my washer needed and even offered to have someone install it for me.

Ron from Fletcher’s Appliance Repair serviced my KitchenAid Refrigerator and did an outstanding job. Very accommodating and knowledgeable, would highly recommend in Del Rio, Texas. Wait time for service is a little long but they are busy for a reason. In the past I had used different repair companies but my refrigerator kept breaking down. It is worth the wait.

After searching both in San Antonio and Del Rio Fletcher's had the best price and the best service available. I would recommend them for any appliances you need.
