The employees are very very incompetent they make mistakes and the client pays the price for their mistakes. The manager has been there for at least ten years and she’s very good on covering and justifying to their mistakes. And her attitude is not a very professional for her position. At the end of the day Guess who Pat the price ? Yes the client and Fred Loya cause the manger is doing what she wants and there’s no one else you can talk to. Either you take and keep quiet about it or take it to a higher level or take your money and business to some other Insurance Company that will not only admit their mistakes and corrects them and go forward. That’s Freaking Fred Loya’s people.???

wrecked my truck open a claim report and still havent done nothing about it yet been trying to call claim support with Jorge Gudino and never answers BAD INSURANCE!!!!

I don't recommend they overcharge you and don't refund you. Also have made a mistake on insurance then ask you to pay again. When clearly it's their fault.

I thought they were good till I had an issue about halfway through the coronavirus pandemic had not worked for 13 weeks couldn't pay the bill called and told them Before the bill came due that I was not going to be able to pay them right away they said okay no problem they cancelled my policy which I understand, then when I went to pay the bill they bumped my monthly rate up about 75% and wanted over $250 to rewrite the policy I went somewhere else! the reason I went there again was they owed me some money on my policy

The company does not offer competitive prices. Your monthly payment ammount never goes down. Instead, it goes up because They said Insurance went up in all the state of Texas and ended up paying like $200 more in a 6 months policy.
