What has happened to our Home Depot? Twice I went in the store - stuff was spilled on the floor - two workers were working in next aisle (no one was cleaning it up) - I asked them where an item was - they told me they did not carry that anymore. When I went home I looked it up and yes they did carry it. Another time I went in the store the young woman was not familiar with her area at all. Had no idea about the paint I was looking for. The person with me found it for me. Seems like when I go in the store things are on the floor, aisles are closed and you cannot get to what you need. Much different than a few years ago.

I purchased a RYOBI ONE PCLCK201 K pruner in San Antonio Tx and the battery does not hold a charge. You can change it in your store. I bought a 2-year warranty and I have had it for two months. It was used once and very well and now it takes 7 hours to charge and it I finish loading in 15 minutes I am from Nueva Rosita Coah Thank you for your attention

It is well stocked. Most of the time, it's hard to find someone who can help. If you find someone to help, they will do anything they can to assist you.

Wind was blowing so badly I could barely stand. A young man came out and helped me all the way through the garden department. He then loaded my car for me. Very very nice. Beautiful plants also.

Fernando at the wood center was such a wonderful excellent help!. He made my trip to local Home Depot so much easier. I explained to him what I wanted to do and he made sure I had all the right measurements and exactly what I need! Never had such customer service!. Would 100% recommend and shop here again and again.
