Great experience with the representative she was extremely knowledgeable and explained the file process in detail. Documentation needed for the appointment was good so there would not be any delays when filling. The office requires a lot of documents but also good price for accurate work and includes audit protection too nice. Friendly staff and financial advisors in the office convenient and overall good. Very professional communication during the whole process and the staff handling simple tax return with top notch. Feeling secure and will definitely be coming back next year.
Nobody likes paying taxes, but the staff at Liberty Tax are professional and courteous. When your meeting is scheduled to review the documents etc., it is fairly quick, sign your documents and you are on your way.
