Great prices and a large selection! The people are really knowledgeable and helpful. I really like trying new things and I always find something I've never seen before everytime I go. I highly recommend this store!!

Forgot my cigars at home and needed to pick up a couple. I was impressed with the humidor and selection here. It was clean and looked new (maybe it is new, but I don’t live in Del Rio so I wouldn’t know. The liquor selection looked to be pretty large, but I was only there for a few cigars. I will definitely go back!

The two guys were pretty rude and have no customer service etiquette
The girl Kayla was awesome tho happy to help . I walked in said hello and not one responded till I kept looking and eventually she said hello back then answered my questions. The two guys however need to learn customer service and when a person talks to you , you should respond especially potential customers

First of all, they refuse to do refunds, store credits, or exchanges for unopened bottles, even if you have a receipt. This happened to me 2 days after I’d purchased a bottle that I didn’t need after all. Secondly, their prices are much higher than prices for the same product in larger cities like San Antonio.
