Sadly disappointed.Overpriced, over-rated.Same service elsewhere , my pet came out looking like a million dollars.Petsense, came out looking like she had gotten the cheapest service .Didn't even smell or look clean .Looks cheap .Won't recommend or return .

Very helpful staff and management! Can I find cheaper prices somewhere else? Maybe. Do I still prefer to shop here for friendly and knowledgeable customer service? Definitely.

Omgosh by far.... the best pet store I've been to.. The young man Joshua was his name.. He was very attentive and had so much knowledge on what we needed and where to find it. We were very impressed with him.. I'd give him 10 stars ?... the store could be a bit bigger bcuz it's a little crowded. But I love it ❤
