Where do I start!! From the beginning the deal was going ok I had all the information needed to buy my dream truck. I bought it over the phone I had everything ready all this dealership had to do was just put me in the truck and let's go but unfortunately. This was a nightmare!!!! I got the truck with damages, scratches, broken piece. I got the truck with a few dents and this was supposed to be a brand new 2500 Dodge ram. I got it with stains inside the interior. I wasn't OK with the with the truck itself but I spoke to the GM and he advised me everything was gonna be taken care of but unfortunately I wasn't able to be in a loaner, they rushed the process try to cover up the scratches with some paint just made it look uglier. I was denied to a loaner because it was going to go through make ready. They did give me an oil change because the percentage was lower than having a brand new truck , when I when they turned in the truck to me, they did have a full tank of gas but I had to put in my own Def fluid. Gentleman name Angel Munoz, and a gentleman name Mike was probably the best thing I encountered in this dealership, I've already had an issue with this dealership before, and trying do me wrong in the business before . I decided to give them a chance I was told to take my truck back but, I rather take it the way it is then have to deal with them again. . I'm just gonna stick with the loss and just not ever do business again over here. You were thinking buying a brand new truck that the service will be better and I don't care if you spent 5000 to 90,000 I think everybody should be treated equal and I believe I wasn't treated correctly.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ! MIKE MARTINEZ IS THE MOST HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL SALEMAN I'VE EVER MET AND ALEXIA RDZ IS JUST THE BEST!! MY DEAL WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS FLAT AND THEY EVEN DELIVERED MY CAR TO ME 3 HOURS AWAY, I0 OUT OF 10!!!

My parents bought a truck from here. We’re about 185 miles away from Del Rio. The salesman Ruben was nice, responsive and real respectful to them and the trucks in good shape for the year. He’s an amazing guy and I’d go here from now on to be honest.

Beyond unprofessional service advisor. I went in to make an appointment and look up my warranty information Mari Castillo was the advisor that "helped me" I explained I needed to do a warranty claim she immediately if I had an appointment I said no I wanted to do that as well because I understood they couldn't see it today. She made an appointment then told me I needed to give her the warranty info I explained I didn't have it but it's though dodge and she could find it with the vin number. She made a face asked he coworker who verified that she could. We went for the vin and she told me she would call me when she found it she was way to busy to look it up. I asked her so ur telling me looking for my information is to hard right now to which she replied yes I'm busy I have to go get my kid at 2 (it was 1:10) and there r customers behind you with appointments which she wouldn't know because they walked in after me and she had only treated them with an I'll be right with you. Terrible service I won't be going to the appointment if she even set one I don't recommend seeing her or doing business here.

This review is for a recent service of my vehicle that was performed at the Ram Country service department. For purchase I dealt with Ruben, as well as the manager Bill. They were very pleasant and offered me a great deal and was open about the incentives and passing them on to the customers. For service, I made an appointment with Juan over the phone to have my bedliner put in. Dealt with John when I took my vehicle in, and am glad that I did. Had one of the best experiences in the long history of servicing all my vehicles, luxury cars included. I'd especially like to recommend John Waters, who has truly went above and beyond foe his customers. He actually listens to his clients and always try to understand what exactly they are looking for. From talking to him and seeing him interact with his customers you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and not just putting up a front. Not only is he considerate enough to sanitize your steering wheel and interior for you especially during this sensitive time, he is very timely in calling to inform you of the service status. He is also very knowledgeable about Ram Care as well as the Warranty Forever coverage that Ram Country offers and informed me a few benefits that I was not aware of. Further, he is extremely handy and actually fixed a little crooked metal fastener underneath my truck bed cover himself after I pointed it out when service was complete. Another quality that impressed me was he followed up with me very promptly even after I picked up my vehicle, for a completely different issue. I know many service advisors in other dealers would have just conveniently "forget" about it, but he not only called me back the same day, it wasn't even a few hours after I picked up my vehicle! Because of John, I will always come back to Ram Country for my further vehicle service needs. Keep up the good work John and Ram Country!
