Hats off to Malindas's restaurant Team and Executive Chef. From ordering bar and grill menu to the amazing Brunch, hats off for attention to detail, the level of service the staff provided. That's what made me pick Ramada compared to the other competitors in Del Rio! Great job Marcos and Team!

The hotel was very clean and well kept! I didn't have to ask for extra towels or anything. The front desk was very pleasant and behaved with care and courtesy toward customers. Many other hotel entities could learn a lot from Ramada at this location. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

When I saw the Hotel I was leary of the outside door rooms vs what I'm use too. We were grateful to have our room downstairs facing the pool. The pool was perfect! A friend and I spent the whole day hanging out at the pool. The pool was clean, not heavily chlorinated, well kept in and around it, and the set up was very relaxing.
Breakfast was a real breakfast vs what one usually gets for hotel breakfast! They had real scrambled eggs vs powdered, made to order omelets, waffles, fruit, biscuits and gravy, oh and really good bacon.
The room needs brighter lighting. The bed and pillows were comfy. I had to do some touch up cleaning and sanitizing of the bathroom. The shower, I was not a fan of the shower head, because it didn't have a lot of pressure and rinsing of took awhile.
Location, everything we needed was a short drive and it felt safe.
Parking, there's plenty of it and not a terrible hike with our baggage to the room.
Safety: Felt safe at the hotel and parking lot.

Went with family and actually found out theyre pet friendly here :)) everyone was so accommodating and sweet to me, especially Diamond and Jessica C. Can't wait to come visit again!

Doesn’t get any better in Del Rio. Great pools and hot tub. Beds are firm and perfect. Service was excellent. Buffet was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

We always stay here when we visit Del Rio. Clean rooms, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Big Shoutout to Darlene , Ms Coronado and the young girl with the glasses at the front counter. All of them are very polite, helpful, and always service with a smile. Now I cannot say that about the white man that works the bar, grouchy, and looks like he hates his job.

Salvador in the restaurant is a DOLL! The only thing I wasn’t happy with my whole stay was the smart TV being blocked, but a very small thing compared to all the wonderful aspects of our stay. The whole staff was amazing the room was clean the beds and pillows are comfy and the food is great! Will definitely come back here when in town to visit my dad.

Beds comfortable, newly renovated, ac works great, property very clean and the pool area is nice. Has an older hotel kind of look obviously but overall nice and clean and comfortable.

My stay at Ramada was a 10/10 ! Jessica at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming . I booked for 3 nights and then when I decided to book another room for 2 nights she was able to accommodated my special requests of the new rm being connected next to my other room ! Jessica definitely made my stay a great one!
