Horrible experience. Had a U-Haul reservation through them and they canceled it when I arrived due to the system not working somehow. This changed my reservation price and they said they would issue a refund and stay in contact with me. Has now been over a month, no refund and will not return any phone calls or anything. Horrible customer service.
