The Gym is an awesome, old school bodybuilding gym with a proper Gold's Gym feel. It is small but has a lot of variety of equipment and lots of machines, including new replacements and old iron that weighs what it says. The staff is excellent and helpful, and everyone is so nice. The vibe features bodybuilder photos for motivation, people who know what they're doing, and a place where grunting is allowed and dropping weights isn't frowned upon. It is a gem for hitting heavy weights and enjoying a workout.
Visiting Del Rio from Houston and this gym to me out does big name gym. No AC, no TV's, just you and weights!!

Badass old skool gym with the plates facing the right way 🥳 There is lot of well-maintained vintage equipment plus just about all the stuff you'd find in a larger chain gym. It's like a bodybuilding gym and physical culture museum all in one.
