we came in with a leaky tire and they fixed it super quick! the best service i’ve ever received when dealing with a car part fixing thing XD. they were super fair, only charged $15 for a patch and treated us super nicely and kindly.

Very prompt and reasonably priced service. I’ve used them for years and had an uncommon experience with them recently. They quoted me a price for a job and it took them less time than they thought, so they charged me less than their estimate. Who else does that?

They were honest and told me they were booked for the day when I came in. I scheduled for the next day and immediately upon arriving, my car was on the lift. One of the best alignments I’ve received on any of my vehicles. Great, fast, and honest work at an average price compared to other shops.

They did a really great job on my alignment. Most places I've been to dismiss getting the steering wheel straight. They did not dismiss this, and they made the alignment perfect. Ask for a printout of your alignment!

I recently had a family emergency that required me to leave town quickly. I was picking up a car for my mother and the tires were bad. When I came in I was helped immediately, and they didn’t even charge me. I want to say a big thank you and to let you know that even though I live in SA we will buy all of our tires for all of our vehicles at Thompson Tire! Thank you for your help!

On a road trip down from Canada with new this year winter tires with about 15 k miles on them. We had a hint of vibration at 75-80 and decided to get the tires rebalanced before heading back north. Chose Thompson because of the good reviews. Brought it in, they took a twenty second look at the tires and told us they were worn and showing tread separation but didn’t show us where. I said thank you very much and then took our vehicle to Goodyear as the tires are a Goodyear brand. Long and short, tires balanced at Goodyear and no issues at all and now running smooth as can be at highway speeds. Best case this was incompetence and worst case deliberately trying to pull a fast one.

Amazing service. I needed new tires for my Rv, they ordered them and got them in the next day. They called when they said they'd call and had me in and out of shop in an hour. Friendly and fast service.
