We booked a 6x10 weeks ago and they called us the evening before to let us know they didn’t have that size any more but we could drive an hour and 15 for the same size. We called them back to try to downsize they rebooked it for 3 hours away. Ultimately we had to make a new reservation and we’re able to get a 5x8 picked up but had to downsize what we were bringing.

Super awesome customer service. After a bit of a hectic situation with U-Haul customer service and a cancelled reservation I had, these guys stayed a little late after closing and got me taken care of.
