They are shady with the fuel levels. I included photos of the fuel I picked the vehicle up with and returned with and was still charged for fuel.

Quick, friendly service that calls to check up on you to make sure your return time is accurately changed if needed. The person I called was not there. Where they want you to park isn't always clear. Location did not report return of appliance dolly properly.

The absolute best experience I have had in dealing with UHaul! Sam and his son are extremely personable and will go the extra mile to help. I showed up at 1:30 on a Saturday for a pickup, they closed at 11:00 am on Saturday's. I called the number and talked to Sam, he said no problem, I'll be right there. He took less than 5 minutes and got me hooked up to the trailer, after he changed the ball on the drop down. They are the best U Haul franchise Del Rio has to offer.

Great U-Haul dealer. I had a 400 mile trip ahead of me with a car trailer. The owner and his son were very quick to get me loaded up and on the road. The location is great and easy to find being right on Hwy 90.
