Terrible customer service from one older lady. She has been unbearable every time I have went in and refused to let me ship my 4×7 packages with ground delivery. She keeps charging me 12$ to ship when the other one in town charges me 4.19 for the same package same items same weight. She needs retrained or fired. Employees at the other usps office knew exactly who I was talking about when I voiced my concerns. She must have a reputation.

I don't know what everyone's problem is! People who have had a bad day and want to make someone else's day just as bad. Every time I go, I get great customer service. You all need to get a grip and understand you are not the only citizen in Del Rio. Del Rio is populated with over 34 thousand more citizens. It will not always go your way. Accept it. This is why businesses close because so many people have to complain about ridiculous, petty issues. I'm happy with their service and not just one day but everyday! I pray you all get your issues resolved and find peace in your hearts.

Y'all don't deserve a one Star y'all deserve a 0 because that is how bad y'all are? My friend has a package that was supposed to be delivered to their house Monday 7/17/23 and y'all still playing around with their mail and I will file a federal complaint against y'all and will find them a lawyer to help them if I have to because y'all are still holding their mail and there is no reason why y'all should still have it! They have a mail box u could put it in and they also have a drop box y'all could put it in!!

Called two different 830 numbers for this location (one given from USPS customer service) and it rang off the hook for over 30 minutes, was a busy tone for 2 minutes, then rang off the hook again for another hour DURING BISINESS HOURS. Disgusting customer service!

Really poor service waited ALL day for a package to be delivered at home only to find out it wasn’t even delivered at the house and when we tried to find the carrier the person went another way. We saw the carrier with no package on our camera system at the time they marked off and said it was delivered so where is the package!!! WTH we paid for that package and now it’s gone!!!

I think they took everybody’s comments into consideration because I have been going there quite a bit lately and my experience has always been positive. There’s a lot of people traffic and the staff tries as best as they can to be helpful and quick. They just need more help and more windows right now. Working in customer service before I sympathize with the people working with in the post office. 9 out of 10 customers are ok. But there always that 1 that can just ruin your day. So thank you Del Río Post Office and keep up the great work.

I think the Del Rio post office, Postal Service and their employees pretty much have bad customer service, can’t seem to find my packages and we had to cancel our magazine service because our magazines weren’t making it to us. They are inapt and half the time they don’t deliver when they say they’re going to deliver.

A Taste of the worst customer care everWe scheduled an appointment for passport renewal of my 5 yrs old.We call the office one day before and confirmed the appointment.Next day, we drove for 3 hours and when we got to the USP office, the appoinment was just Canceled.They argued that they "tried" to reach us by phone one day before, which was not true.When exiting the office, a local who witnessed what just happened, shared with us that it was the second time she listened same excuse from the office. (Appoinment Canceled, "We tried to call you", Sorry)Avoid using this office as much as possible. Chances are you will end being very dissapointed and frustrated.

No mail delivery to the Cienegas Terrace area in almost 3 weeks with no explanation whatsoever. Just excuse after excuse about the carrier. Why not ask residents to pick up their mail instead of letting it build up to the point there is so much backed up mail it no longer fits in our mailboxes and it becomes undeliverable? So many people have important mail they need, including paychecks and sensitive government documents. This situation is ridiculous and needs to be addressed. ??

Terrible customer service i build a new home in de cienegas terraces got the new 911 address went to post office to get my key for my new mailbox its been over 3 months and still havent got the new key cant receive any mail everytime i go to post office they just keep saying that next week next week your keys will be ready .... weeks has turned into months this is the worst us postal service ever

We are in a pandemic and the cashier sends me away because I won't lick 3 priority envelopes from the lobby. Meanwhile the cashier next to her has a wet sponge and she has scotch tape plainly visible but she sent me away to get the priority tape from another client to use to seal the envelopes that I'm paying 24.00 to ship. It wasn't her job! Another Del Rio special! Some people belong in the back away from customers. The other lady who ended up ringing me up was pleasant and helpful.
