“When my dog was hit by a car on the Fourth of July, Dr. Whitten and vet tech Alondra Castro showed incredible compassion and professionalism during one of the hardest moments of my life. Even though the clinic was closed, they responded immediately and treated us with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. I will always be grateful for the comfort and support they gave me during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you for going above and beyond. I highly recommend them.”

“The staff and veterinarian were helpful and friendly. We had to get tests and immunizations done to move my mom and her cat to another state and they did everything while we waited.I would recommend them to anyone needing care for their pets.”

“First time at VIP but they did such an amazing job with my shih tzu. Love what the groomer did. He was very nice and understanding when my dog was being hesitant when he grabbed her but she calmed down in the end. You can't beat the price either since I come from San Antonio. I will definitely groom her here when I come to Del Río.”
