Bark & Zoom is an outstanding and awesome place with a wonderful, very caring staff who are friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The facility is extremely clean, very nice, and well-equipped. It is so convenient, especially for travelers. Pets are happy and excited to stay, enjoying special play time. The staff goes above and beyond, provides immediate and consistent feedback with pictures, and handles changes with no issues. Reservations are easy to make, leading to a great experience that owners highly recommend for entrusting their fur babies.

They treat her so well - she is actually happy to run in when I drop her off! Holidays and birthdays means photo shoots and special play time. She loves staying here.

Easy to make the reservation. Had a great experience before so no worries about going back. Length of trip changed twice while I was on it and they handled those changes with no issues. Awesome place for when you have to entrust you r fur baby to someone else.

Wonderful, very caring staff. They went above and beyond in taking care of my dog. She was not doing well due to a gastrointestinal issue. They were incredibly compassionate and proactive.
